Problem Motor turning with Chinese HBS860H Driver

Dear All,
At this moment we are trying to make a connection with the Centroid Acorn CNC and get our Driver and Motor running.
We bought the Chinese HBS860H hybrid driver. The NEMA34 8.5Nm Closed-Loop servo motor (Model 86HB250-118B) + 400w60v Power Supply (kit). In the video of Franco he told us that this driver is compatible with the Leadshine HB860H driver.
All the parts are on the table and not connected to the machine.
We have followed the step-by-step Acorn setup:
 We configured Windows 10 CNC;
 We downloaded the CNC12 Software;
 We performed the “Bench Test”;
 The software communicates with the Acorn Board and we have a heartbeat.
At this point we have asked the forum which motors we should select in the Wizard from Acorn, because there are 3 schematics available. We’ve been advised to select the Leadshine DM series, because these clone drives are closer to the DM series than the CS or ES drives.
So we have selected the hookup schematics from the Leadshine DM series, and in the wizard we have selected these Leadshine DM series motors.
We have followed the instructions in the video of Marty, for the changes in the Wizard and confirmed the new settings as shown.
Unfortunately when we try to jog there was no movement on the motor.
We’ve checked all the wiring again, but everything is as described on the hookup schematics.
We have the following questions:
 What could be the cause of this motor problem?
 What happens when we change the KHz in the Wizard
 If we want to replace the Drivers for other Drivers than the HBS860 hybrid is it then possible to get our motors turning?
 If so can you advise us which Drivers to buy?
We’ll appreciate it very much if you can help us in this matter.

Have you connected the Enable signal? I use the DM5240 open-loop stepper driver. That driver does NOT use the Enable signal. The Centroid schematic (S14975.DWG) shows NO connection to the Enable pin on the stepper; however, a closed-loop driver probably requires an active Enable signal before it can send steps to the motor. Page 12 of an online manual for your driver indicates that you need to have an Active Enable signal.
