Allin1DC with KP-3 (Resolved)

Post by pamsauto »

I can't get the tool offset to work with my probe. I folllowed the setup guide, watched the two videos on the website info page (Marty's and Keith's). Everything works like it should, but when I enter my calculated offset and then re-run a bore measurement, the diameter I enter into D10 doesn't change the measured results (I also entered it into D1 thru D12 and no diff). All the videos and guides are written for Acorn, so is the Allin1DC different? How does the CNCPC software know what tool is the probe? I tried to attach a report file but the site refused the file as it was too large (5125k).

Thanks in advance.

What tool number do you have assigned to your probe?

The tool number for the probe is set in Machine Parameter 12.

Yeah that's what I needed! It was set to zero, changed to 10 and everything works.

Thank you for the help.
