Hi All
I got the flag done, haven't given it to him yet.
Here are the finished pics, 3 coats semi gloss poly ,a alum french cleat to hang it with.
and a torched accent.
I also put 2 recessed magnets on the back of the badge and flag to hold the badge to the flag
The flag is made from a left over chunk of an LVL beam (laminated veneer lumber ).
Ripped to 1/2 x 1 1/2 strips
