Re: Shopbot PRT
I'm still having to restart the controller to get a heart beat about 1 times out of 10 and when I don't get the heart beat sometimes I have to try 2 or 3 times. I got a new message the last time "Firmware is updating do not power off the controller.

Re: Shopbot PRT
Are you getting NO heartbeat or rapid flashes?
Do you leave it powered down for 10-15 seconds before powering up Acorn?
Are you using the original power supply that came with Acorn?
We're you installing new software to get the Updating Firmware message?
Please post pictures of your control cabinet and wiring including showing Acorn
Please post a fresh report so we can get a look at your message log file.

Re: Shopbot PRT
Right now I am waiting for my breakout board to arrive. I did notice that when I make changes in the wizard and write to the Acorn that the next time I go into the wizard it reverts back. Example is when I change the drive to Gecko or even bench test DB25 and save it and write to the acorn the next time I open up the Wizard it shows Bench test screw terminal

Re: Shopbot PRT
I will be getting my breakout board today or tomorrow. Is there a way to change the output from screw terminal to DB25 on the drive select page when I go to Gecko 201 drives.

Re: Shopbot PRT
Yes, DB25 Wizard sub menu, click on drop down box at the top, change from Screw terminal to DB25

Re: Shopbot PRT
Good to hear. Can you summarize which Gecko drives you have and how you ended up wiring them to the DB25 break out board?
