Error Retrieving MPU Serial Number

Now that I have had the Allin1DC repaired I need to somehow tell the software that I have a right to use it.

Attached is a screenshot of how the program starts up.

How do I satisfy the program?

You don't need to do anything.

As the screen says, Permanent Unlock is ON.
