First....Do the posts on the website work for mastercam X6 on a centroid m400 mill control with a rotory 4th axis.
Second....How do you install them into mastercam.

Thanks

Chris

Mastercam will have the latest Centroid post processors available. The 4axis one listed there should work with versions 9+ (X6 is actually version 16). This video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEId6lzpJlw) walks you through where to put certain files for post-processor setup in Mastercam. The Mastercam manual/technical support will be able to go a lot more in depth.
When requesting support READ THIS POST first. https://www.viewtopic.php?f=60&t=1043

Hi,

I'm running Mastercam X5 and wanted to setup my Bridgeport as a machine. I downloaded the Ajax post files but I am unable to use them without the machine definition file. Does anyone know where to get this file? Thanks!

Have you tried just using MPFAN?

(Do Mastercam X5 and X6 still come with a default MPFAN post?)

At most, you might need to set Parameter 2 = 2.0 in the Centroid Parameters page, to make drilling patterns work right.

Nothing else on a Centroid/Ajax control, as installed on a basic mill, requires a special post.
