I Purchased the pro License and install successfully but my machine is still running on the free version any help would be appreciated

same problem here. acorn stays on free version, tried to power cycle a few times, tried to move license in cncm folder. Craig, did you get your license to work?

Joshua from tech support helped me with that.
The answer is that the license cannot be downloaded on a mac then moved to the pc. It doesn't say that anywhere, as weird as it is, so for the future readers:
download from the pc the acorn is hooked up to.
