**RESOLVED** Need Help for GPIO4D ESTOP

Post by Salman »

i have MR-H200A Mitsubishi Controller connected to GPIO4D,i connect encoder (only x axis for checking) and can get DRO update on the screen. then i try to connect the Servo pins as described but keep getting EStop on mach3.(Servo Drive do not show any alarm)
Encoder connect to the 1st db9 port and Servo inputs & outputs connected to H14 (AXIS 1).
i also wired 5-8 com to 8 input E-Stop Wiring (from GPIO4D 5V and use the 5 volt sip),
only on one thing i have doubt which is the ALM output from Servo Drive. which is connected to SG (ALM-SG Connected) at normal status. on fault it is open so thats why i connect the Fault input to ALM(48) and and Fault Common to VIN(24V+) because Mitsubishi manual shows the load (lamp etc) in between these pins.
on the first run i dont connect any limit switch but after that i try them too. (normal close) (on input 1 and input 2).
i also try to disable brains other then Cutoff X axis jogin X axis enable all and limit. and disable y and z axis from pin config and enable 1.
Even try to install mach3 and Ajaxplugin on another pc.

BUT E-STOP IS STILL THERE :(

Please help me i stuck at this point from last 4 days

Hi,
No reply as expected. but i think i found it when i read M92.m1s. i have old ver of PDF MACH3_GPIO4D.PDF which shows E-STOP input Connection on #8 input pin in text (top left) and schematic. but i install new Ajaxplugin 1.12. now i download the new Schematic ALL CD and found the Top Left Text Change to #11 Input Pin (same as M92 GetMasterInput(11)) but schematic still the old one which shows same old #8 input pin.
am i right ?
yesterday i will try this out.

Regards
