Hi
I have received my Ajax / Mach 3 kit.
Following the instructions in the "What Comes First ????" thread and trying to get things working stand alone on the bench before installing into the target machine, I cant get past Mach being stuck in emergency mode.
I have carried all the steps down to and including linking out the e stop and axis limit contacts but the emergency state wont clear.
I attach my current ajaxlog.txt and Machajax.xml files.
Any idea what's wrong ?
Thanks
Paul

Okay, problem solved.
No logic power to te DC3IO due to a bad power cord.
