It's been great so far. The thing I like most about it is consistency. Every day when I turn it on it works, no matter what job. It can run all day, or 5 minutes and it just works. I'm seeing better cut quality and faster cut times as well.
I've got mine setup with some cool scripts to help me out as well. There's the auto square which is nice, that way I don't have to remember if I've squared with I fire it up in the morning.
I also have it set so that there are prox switches on every axis. This way I can power down, power up and run the homing routing and I don't have to re-measure my bit (of course I do when I change it).
I've also got it setup so that when I'm not running a job it's impossible to drive the bit into the table (soft limits are changed when a job is over). When I AM running a job I have Z set so that it can't go into the table more than .04". This prevents me from sending a bad job over and breaking a bit off in the table.
Machine coordinates are great.

I have cranked these up even fast than this. I was being a bit conservative on this cut because I only had one shot to get this one done right.
