Re: VCP with ATC umbrella
If yours is a custom PLC, you need to contact Centroid, send your report and let them know what you would like to do. They can look at the PLC and see what it would take to add VCP and WIRELESS MPG support and get you up to CNC12.
The PLC work is done for your ATC, you just need the PLC support for VCP/Wireless MPG

Re: VCP with ATC umbrella
Depending on how good you are with Winmerge, you could fairly easily pull the VCP and MPG parts from one of the stock PLC programs and add them to your custom PLC.
Cheers,
Tom

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

Re: VCP with ATC umbrella
yes..there is support!
.. free support here on the forum and $90/hr factory direct support.
in short
- if you are using one of the stock PLC programs that comes with the CNC11 installation.. those same programs are in the CNC12 installer and will all be upgraded in the upcoming v4.16 to include support for the VCP and the Wireless MPG.
- if you are using a custom PLC program, that cnc11 PLC program can be used with CNC12 as is, there just won't be support for the VCP and the wireless MPG. However, either you or us can edit the CNC11 PLC program to add the code that supports the VCP and the Wireless MPG to that CNC11 PLC program essentially bringing up to date with CNC12.
note:
in either case the VCP button labels are still user editable (easily).. we are working on that as well.
