Suppermax knee mill adding z axis

I want to add a z axis cnc to my suppermax kneemill. Quill And I'm not sure if I have all the electronics. Can Anybody help me with this one ?

I've done the knee on mine which gave me 12" of travel and allow me to operate the quill manually, 1 kw ac servo DMM motor running through a 3:1 ratio cog timing belt, the only problem I see is the acme screw on the knee is noisy a bit but I don't run it fast and is good for what I do, if I was to change anything would be a ballscrew for the knee and a new servo motor with a brake outside of that I like it.
