Not random, 4 other circular pockets for a different project with same result - stuttered in the same are.

I’ll upload my wiring pic (although it’s a mess) and report back with above trials after I get out of work tonight.
Thanks guys!
Short of machinable wax, (Amazon) you can run to a Home Depot or Lowes and buy a small sheet of their insulating foam board, its pink or blue. This gives you the ability to see the anomally easier than cutting air.

Since this is happening with both Mary and Daniel, I would think it is highly unlikely that the Gcode is the cause. I think Mary has used Fusion 360 as I recall from some of her videos, and Daniel is also using that program. Fusion might have a bug.

Daniel, Mary
It would be interesting to generate the gcode for your projects using another tool to verify the issue persists. I think Daniel's idea to generate the gcode using Interncon will really answer this question.

OKay…. I might have jumped the gun on this one. I think when I saw Mary's post I thought "Hey that's happening to me".

On further inspection there is significant wobble on the table, I need to adjust my gibs. I think that's the problem because the further out on the corner I go the bigger the problem. One of these day's (years) I'm going to be a big boy and upgrade to a linear rail machine.

Thank you all for your help!
Daniel

I have returned to report the issue and solution. After initially having the problem with the machine randomly stuttering, I went through a ton of problem solving methods - adding another fan blowing on a heatsink that I added to the Gecko 540, putting the Acorn further away from the Gecko 540 as to reduce heat, rewiring to ensure a cleaner wiring overall, etc, etc. The problem went away until about 2 weeks ago. The problem started again, I could not believe my eyes.

I decided to restart both the computer and the acorn. Upon restarting the computer could no longer connect to the acorn. I verified the acorn for heartbeat, and that was a good sign. I then decided to swap out the Ethernet cable that came with the acorn for another one that I had.

Boom !!! Fixed. Apparently that blue cable that came with the acorn was bad, or went bad. That baffles me, but regardless, that was the cause. The cable was going bad randomly causing communication issues resulting in stuttering.

Well, it happens....I'm glad you solved the problem. I bet you are too!
