Like Tom said. This should only happen once.
Have you powered down and back up and rehomed? Should not have recurred. If it did, a limit switch would be my first suspect. It's not repeatable. Usually cheap limit switches could do this.

Ok cool. Because I rebooted and homed again and no message. The only message I get now is at boot up. It has not set up contact technician. I don’t know if that is normal

That is normal, until you run the test. My videos go through that.
Make sure you have followed the installation manual to a T. My videos help with that.
