mill was running fine was setting up rigid tap went to open wizard and will not open all i get is root element missing machine has no internet connection here is my report after it started this

sounds like a file got moved or corrupted on you PC.
I would ...run the cnc12 v4.18 installer and then in cnc12...F7 Util menu, "Restore Report" navigate to the report you just posted here (most latest).. shut down, reboot. and give it a try
