Include a report and screen snips showing your wizard settings. Page 1 for sure. Also include a snip of your IO live (Press Alt + I)

You must have an estop configured. Even if it doesn't exist and is set to NO

Watched and set controller as per Bench Test Running Motor.
Dose estop have to be wired to acorn to make light on G540 to change to green?

Kutton,
why are you using CNC12 version 4.12 and not the new version 4.14 if you start with a new system?
Your EstopOk is configured as NC (normally closed). So if you don't have an Estop wired the system remains in Estop status. You have to set it to NO if you don't have an Estop wired, otherwise nothing will work.
Also your ProbeDetect signal is configured as NO (normally open) which doesn't make any sense. Remove all probing stuff on your inputs until you have your motors running properly.
