HBS86H and HBS57 Driver Setup

HBS86H and HBS57 Driver Setup
Ok I Bought a Grizzly G0704 Mill converted to CNC with the Acme Screw Upgrade.
Its has ACT-Motors Hybrid Stepper Motors and drivers. Nema 23 on x and y axis and Nema 34 on the z axis.
It was a working machine Controlled by Mach 4. I didn't get the computer or the Software with the purchase.
So I bought the Acorn Controller and relay board, Installed the CNC12 Software and followed the videos
and powered up the board in Bench test mode by itself. Board and computer communicated -so far so good.
The Drivers are Knockoff Leadshine CS-D1108 as far as I can tell. So I have wired them to the Leadshine DM Schematics
for the Motors and Encoders which are on the machine, I didn't take them off to bench test them .
I need to mount homing switches on the machine as there are none.
ok problem is I can not get the motors to move at all, the drives are green lighted and no faults.
Can I get these to move with out homering switches?
Is there a wiring schematic that some one has that shows how to wire up these drives ?
Im not a Electrical engineer( but I have retro fitted 3 other CNC machines )
I have watched tube videos of other people use similar setups , but not the same as mine wiring wise.
It shows to have the ENA wired up and then in the forums it says not to wire them up.
I do not have them wired up . so this is where I'm stuck at getting this Acorn up and running
So any help is appreciated .

Reduce the maximum rate for the pulstrain. These drives require a pretty long pulse length for it to be recognized.
The wizard will let you set it to 200kHz but there is a parameter that will let you set it slower. (I don't know the parameter number off the top of my head).
At 200kHz the pulse width is 2.5 microseconds.
1 ÷ (Maximum rate X2) = pulse width.

Ok so I need to get in the drive to that parameter?
Also do I need the ENA wired up for these drives to work?
I’ve seen conflicting videos of wether they are to be used or not.right now when I hit cycle start to home the machine
I get a 9031 DRIVE FAULT,
I tried to find the video link of Franco , from the screen shot . But no luck

No, that parameter is in the config section of CNC 12. F1, F3 (enter password 137), F3 find parameter 968 set it to 12.
Do not connect the ENA terminals on the drive, not connected is enabled.
The 9031 error is a drive fault, use the wizard to make the drive fault input "not used" or change the NO/NC state.
you will have to reset parameter 968 to 12 after running the wizard.

I would also add to what Joe says. If you don't have motion after following the step pulse setting to 100khtz, connect the step and direction signals to the DB25 header

I just got the db 25 adapter in the mail today and the NUC !
Going to setup and do the wizard first again , I found the setup and password to get to 968 setting.
Finally have a report attached if that helps anyone

If it faults out as soon as you try and move, you have the motor going opposite of the encoder. Swap B- and B+ motor wires
