Yes, the motors are locked when the control is turned on which, uses the 5V power to the drivers. I also disconnected the "Enable" wire from the Acorn. I got the db25 BOB and used that but still, the motors won't turn. I really appreciate all of the help that you are providing. But to be honest this is really becoming very frustrating. Is there anything else that I can try.
Did you INVERT the step and direction signals in Wizard? Leadshine requires that.
Your screen shot only shows the Enables inverted on Axis 1 & 2
Did you try that?

I believe they should work just fine on the Acorn Step/Dir terminals.

I'll look at my settings when I get home from work & get back to you. Maybe we'll find something. I'm sure it's a minor setting somewhere.

I wanted to say Thank you guys for all of your help trying to get these drivers to work. But I just went ahead and bought a Gecko G540. Once again thank you.

You'll be happy with the G540 as an open loop drive.

Hi,

I am running it with DM542T and two generic (OEM) motors 425 Oz-pul. It wire exactly as the Leadshine diagram. It works after switch db to "screw terminal" on the CNC wizard tab.
