It looks like it was a limit switch issue. I removed my Y-axis way cover, and some chips and coolant got into the switch and were causing it to trip. I went ahead and used everyone's advice and removed the limitAll, and am just using the soft limits. Everything seems to be running as it should now. Thank you, everyone, for pushing me towards a switch/wiring issue.
