Esab plasma table build
I am currently in the process of retrofitting an ESAB piecemaker 2 plasma table with an acorn control, but am having issues with getting the machine to actually jog. I followed the centroid guide to change the parameters(TB108). I have included the driver manual and the report.zip. I do not know much about retrofits as this is my first one, and I was not able to do the wiring myself, so it may be something was done incorrectly and I don't know about it, any help is appreciated.

Some pictures of the machine and wiring would go a long way to help us help you.
Creating an online photo album through google or a similar service would be a great way to post a ton of pictures for us.

Re: Esab plasma table build
Sorry for taking so long to get back, I've had a busy week and sort of forgot about this post. Ill get as many pictures of the machine as I can, any in particular that would be the most helpful?

Re: Esab plasma table build
We can not stress enough the importance of PHOTOS. PHOTOS are key to us being able to see what you see. Post a description and photos of the machine tool and all its cnc controlled accessories. Picture is worth a thousand words and clears up misunderstanding instantly. The best way is to use a free online photo album service like Google Photos. Upload large high resolution images to the Google Photos, create an Album, put all your photos in one album and click "share" and then "get link" and copy the link it generates and post in your thread, then any one with the link can view the photos.
