I recently tore down my 4-axis CNC router and replaced all the drives with StepperOnline CL57T V4.1 drives. Previously I was using "Hybrid Step-Servo HSC57" drives without a problem for 4+ years. I simply wanted to standardize on StepperOnline equipment. Motors are StepperOnline NEMA 23 Closed Loop motors.
I carelully wired everying using the most current Centroid scmematid S15207.DWG.
Signals are all 5V into the DB-25 ports (using an adapter).
5 / 24 V switch on the CL57's is set to 5V.
I currently have the Enables disconnected.
Drives A, Y, and Z lock up when power is applied. Apparently there is some problem witht the X connection, but I can chase that down separately.
But no drives will turn when I press Y+ or Y-, Z+ or Z-, or A+ or A-.
Power supplies are 48V, plus the 5 and 24 volt for the Acorn card.
A fresh Report is attached. I've tried to read through them before, but got completely lost LOL
Thanks for any insight.
Gary

Include some pics of your driver wiring, a pic of your switch settings, and a pic of the amp dial setting/light area.
Do you have green lights on your drivers?

Re: New StepperOnline CL57T V4.1 set up not turning
Power dials are all set to "5"
The power and signal cables are in the way because I was
checking continuity on them.
When I press +Z or - Z or the others, the DROs on the screen increment, but there is no movement.
Thanks for your help

It looks like you have 5v running to your enable + inputs. I would remove that.

Ken,
Once again thanks for your help.
I removed power from all the enable+ inputs as you suggested. But I'm sorry to say I see no change in behavior. No movement of the axes.
i only show two in the attached pictures, but they're all disconnected
What next sir?
