I have this issue with a new install, this is the first machine with ATC that I convert, so i must be overlooking or misunderstanding something.
The atc change works fine until it is at the point that it has to measure the tool length. The z starts moving down, i see the visually see TT trigger, I get a "8075 WARNING: TOOL TOUCH OFF TRIPPED" but the program does not stop. It keeps moving down and i have to manually abort the program.
Hope anybody here can help.

Re: Tool Touch Off does not trigger ATC program
hello.
what make model TT are you using?
does it open or close the input?
what does the PLC diagnostic screen look like when you trigger the TT by hand?
