Yes I have many settings for this motor and driver on pc

The motor is noisy but intermittent too.
I will have a look at the parameters in a bit see what I can do.

There is not enough information to help you.

Start with factory setting, only set the servo in speed mode.

With no load and 400 rpm it will rund for weeks without getting warm.

I get my servos only to +45 deg C at max, speed with some load.

Most modern motors are class B (130C), class F (155C) or class H (180C) internal hot spot, whereas for most people, their pain threshold is only around 45-50C. So when people say "it's very hot", you need to reach for some form of meter, like a thermocouple or an IR thermometer (or camera). If the motor isn't getting anywhere near its rated temperature, then arguably it's been over specified, although here we are often driven by peak torque requirement rather than continuous power.

Before going any further, see if you can put some numbers to the temperature. Those pistol grip IR thermometers are pretty cheap these days and even the IR camera attachments for smart phones are quite affordable if you like gadgets.
