9 pin encoder port?

Post by midy »

Is it possible in any way to add another 9 pin encoder port to acorn? Or would you have to purchase acorn 6?

what are you trying to do with it?

the USB-BOB allows you to connect 3 MPG's and 3 Digital Rotary encoder KNOBs if you were thinking of adding those.

I was reading the other post regarding using the 9 pin as a DRO which got me thinking I'd like to do the same, so just wondering if it was possible. Would the USB BOB allow this to happen?

The BOB is for MPGs not for scales.
