this is what i would do.
1.) try a new shielded cable.
2.) try a different PC, run the Centroid PC tuner on it.
3.) try a different BBG (bebrick it before you use it see these instructions. https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_di ... icker.html)

the bbg was bricked. dont know why i didnt just try this as a last resort before i posted. but atleast my issue is resolved!
did a firmware update to the bbg and was simple and easy, it helps when there is a video super easy to follow on centroid acorn not sure how i bricked it but was definately a user error of some type! shame on me lol.

Like to give a big shout out to the centroid acorn team for the help!!!! Thanks Lucas, and keith for all the info and help, and everyone else who helped!!! this is one of the reason i went with acorn because of the support here in the states!!!! lots of instructions, info, and help everywhere!
