Many thanks for the reply.
I'm not running Acorn Plasma I'm running the machine with Acorn Mill. The Acorn was purchased some years ago before the Plasma software was released.
It's just the feedrate syntax error I cannot get my head around. Does the Acorn Plasma handle Sheetcam differently?
I will get a report posted as soon as I can ,but it could be a week before I'm with the machine again.

Ahh I see.
I think Sheetcam has a default Centroid Post that will be more suitable. This will actually use the M3 and Feed rates
The Centroid Plasma Post is different and made for Acorn Plasma's Profile manager and Plasma M-codes.

I have finally decided that I need to change from using Fusion CAM for plasma and make the switch to Sheetcam. I tried to watch the video at the top of this thread and noticed that is no longer working. Is it me or did the video go away?
