PLCEXP 1616 I/O Does not work <Resolved>

Post by Blaze »

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out for assistance again. I have connected my PLCEXP1616 I/O board to my AcornSix via H7, with my Plus Limit OK max travel switches connected to it. The Wizard allowed me to add input definitions and change the N/C or N/O LED light indications on the Wizard/1616 I/O screen.

Youtube like here:
However, there are no physical light indications on the PLCEXP1616 I/O board itself, which renders my Plus Limit OK max travel switches and any connections made to the physical board inoperable.

After conducting some research, I came across a discussion that mentioned the PLCEXP1616 I/O board needs to be mapped by making a direct connection to the AcornSix, which I have done in this case. Am I missing something?

Thank you for your help!

No. I am not able to observed the PLC1616 on on the PLC diagnostic seen
This link is a YouTube link that only shows my connection between Acornsix and the PLC1616 boards.
Note that none of the input lights are on. youtube.com/shorts/NlR9ZlQuIdI?si=w5POOkAKiiaNa2M6
i have only 1 input physically connected to the PLC1616 board

Parameter 422 must be set to 1 to see inputs 65-80 on the PLC diagnostics (<Alt-I>) screen.
The PLCEXP1616 was detected and working when the report was generated.
The Youtube video is set private so we can not view it.
