I solved the missing Bluetooth button after reading an internet post that said that in a number of cases windows does not properly update ALL drivers causing possible communication conflicts. The solution was quite simply. Run the Intel Driver & Support Assistant. This simple Intel utility scans your computer and updates all Intel drivers that may be out of date. I ran it, rebooted the computer and presto... Bluetooth was back!
I immediately ran this same utility on my Intel Nuc and it identified three drivers that needed to be updated. A Bluetooth driver, Wifi driver and another I was not familiar with (Yes, I had run the windows update and supposedly... all drivers were up to date). I have been running CNC12 almost continuously for the last 2 weeks and have not had a single communication error. For what it's worth, I highly suggest adding this utility to bulletin 270 in hopes that it may help some other desperate user
