It looks like Lenovo with intel with Intel chip needs this, my other Lenovo with Realtek chip works fine with default settings.

It was the setting "Speed and Duplex" in Device Manager -> Network-adapter -> advanced settings -> 10. from top (it's german here, so i can't tell you what it is called in english, exactly.

It was set so "automatic", that didn't work.
Set it to 100MBit/s full-duplex, that delivered 2800 resent packages^^

Now i set it to 100MBit/s half-duplex, and the stresstest.cnc passed without errors :-)
In Win10 Pro it's under "Speed & Duplex" in the advanced tab for your network card. The default is "auto negotiation". The drop down box under "Value" is where you can change the value to 100 Mbps full or half duplex if it helps you.
Thank you for clarifying this!
I hope it can help someone else in the future 8-)
German-speaking, so please be patient with my english-skills :)

The PC that came with my plasma table has an Intel network card and changing this setting also helped with resends. I set it to 100 mbps/full duplex for best results. The OEM setting of “auto-negotiation” is known to cause dropped packets.

Would be a good addition to TB270....

Good point Uwe, it certainly can't hurt for others to be aware of this setting. Ironically my other two CNC routers have a Realtek like yours and I've never had any resend on those machines.
