I'm seeing that the VCP "on hover" and "on click" feature is not working. I've checked this on two 5.08 installs, with fresh default VCP settings and with custom settings. It seems to have started a ways back, as one of my beta versions was that way before updating, but I just now noticed it.

I think this is not working in 5.06 also, but I thought it's a feature not a bug
