Software feature request: respond to mouse/touch on the F2/Load screen

There is no reason that I can think of, that CNC12 should not move the selection highlight in response to a mouse click or touch screen touch.

Some of us like to use the built-in CNC12 F2/Load dialog, rather than the Windows one, for the sake of consistency and habit. It would be nice to be able to touch a file name, then touch F10/Accept, and have that job loaded.

as you know we stopped any work on the old dos style file selection menu years ago but left it there for users that wanted to use it.

i can add this upgrade request to the list.
