- fix for rapid override control with G99 in Lathe.
- added Plasma Profile folder full of material profiles specifically for Hypertherm 45XP cutter
- Implemented Parameter 496 to set USB com port for future USB connected hardware such as Future Centroid operator control panels

According to customer:
1) Rapid Override issue with G99 feed-per-revolution moves is fixed. Thank you.
2) Lathe X/Z axis cross-up on Current Position mini DRO, on Runtime Graphics screen, is not yet fixed. DRO still shows wrong axis positions.
