WCS Table and Locked Offsets with Copy

Hi all!
On the WCS table I really like that I can lock an offset to not accidentally make changes. However, I'd still like to be able to select it and hit "copy" (ctrl-c) so I can paste in a different offset. I can only copy it when it is unlocked. It seem like you should only lock "paste" and not "copy".
