I would like to suggest changing parameter 263 DRO Display Resolution to the number before the decimal point being the resolution when in Inch mode, and the number after the decimal point being the resolution in mm mode.
I e. 4.3 would be 4 decimal places in inch mode and 3 decimal places in millimeter mode.
