Done.
1. M92 /A L1 in MDI will not turn the axis
2. M92 /A also nothing like M91 /A
3. disabling the scale no change, it is disabled anyway while homing
4. sure G0 G1 no problem, M105 M106 are also ok

You have a multi-meter and/or oscilloscope? We see pulses during the M92 /A L1 move on ST4 (4th axis step pin on AcornSix Board). Could you verify if there are steps on the pin? If you have it connected to H13,disconnect the drive from the header, if connected to H2 (Open Collector) keep drive connected

I am using the differential extension.
In 5.22 everything is fine.
Meanwhile I changed axis labels C to 4th axis and A to 5th axis.
M92 /A is now ok, but M92 /C not.
M92 is not working on 4th axis with 5.23 everything else is ok with 4th axis.
I only have a multimeter, but i could try if it is measuring something between A /A

I have to wear the hat of shame at least for a day
Multimeter was showing action on axis 4....
... the reason I could not see anything moving was that Wizard preset Feedrate Home is 10 in 5.23 not 254 as usual.
10 deg/min is so slow on a rotary that I thought it is not moving at all
Uwe

Despite that you still did find a bug in P423 so not a total loss of timesuntravel wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 6:15 pm I have to wear the hat of shame at least for a day

Home and probe feedrates are not converted in metric for 4th axis in the Wizard preset...

Probe and TTO on the same input is with Error 460 now.
I am using Probe Detect and Probe tripped with the TTO also on the same plug.

Would you be able to wire a separate detect input for the TT ? If your TT does not have a detect, try setting P257 to 0.

Re: CNC12 BETA v5.23 rev5 is now available for public testing
I do not want to use an extra input, but with P257=0 it is ok now.
The previous versions were fine with both Detect signals set to the same input.

fyi, Acorn and AcornSix are a bit different in this respect when dealing with shared input for probe and tt
AcornSix uses standard methods from Oak/Allin1dc/MPU11 based CNC12, we will unify in v5.30.0
