Small hopefully only cosmetic bug in Acorn Six with encoder expansion board.
It shows counts/inch on a metric system for the expansion encoder ports in the wizard.
An I am still wondering if counts/deg will also work on a rotary axis

The tool height for T5 is not zero, it is something like 2.4" and is set relative to the probe (tool 1) which is used as the reference tool.
I have added a report from today to aid in diagnosing.

Looking through the logs the Height for T5 is H000. I guess I missed that. I didn't even know that is possible to set a different height reference. My bad. What is the purpose of that? If I set a height for Tx, in the tool offset screen I would assume that Hx is set in the table.

I can have multiple offsets for one tool. Say i want to finish 0.005" deeper than i roughed. There are multiple ways to do this, but one of the easiest is just to use a tool height offset that's 0.005" different and rerun the existing code. Rough with T5 and H5, and finish with T5 and H105.

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

I can confirm that this is only cosmetic, mm input is ok on a metric system.
But the Wizard will not allow negative values for the encoder ports 1-3, scale setup in CNC12 will do.
In 5.20 lathe it was ok.

The cosmetic error was fixed in the most recent beta posted.
The deadband is the only value on the scales page that is not allowed to be negative. This is consistent with the settings in CNC12. Everything else should be fair game and seems to write to CNC12 correctly. Which textbox/menu are you having trouble with?

Counts/mm was not accepting -1000.
But in 5.23 it is ok again
