I am trying to cut a thread in a small hole in a timber shaft.
The thread mill only has a small amount of clearance in the bored hole.
When I produce an Intercon program, the cutter retracts too far and ruins the thread.
If there a way to limit the x axis retraction amount?
I have searched the forum and manuals and found no information on this.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Re: Lathe - internal threading tool retraction
You can set up the clearance amount in the intercon setup.
