I found out that if I want to have two setups they have to share the same home locations. The way you described is how I ended up doing it.

Another easy solution if both sides share the same fixture is to set G54 on an edge of the fixture and use this for both sides.

I do this for my tilting table, every part I mill on this table is using the same G54 spot.

But you must have the fixture in fusion also for this way.

Setup1 with WCS1 (G54) and Setup2 with WCS2 (G55) will work with the PP from swissi.

The message is only informative that the PP will not take care of collision when switching the WCS.
