ATC setup

I am finishing installing an ATC which will have a TP & fixed TT using Swissi's app. Right now I'm using the default settings for the feedrate for both. The app has the option for fast then slow, which I think would be a good option to speed things up a bit. I was wondering what would be a safe rate for both, any suggestions?
