Coolant programming

I'm making/drawning/programming my first part in intercon
Never used cnc before, only manual lathe work.
The part is going to be a pulley for my (almost completed) converted lathe

What I wanted to know is the method of working with coolant.
In my tool lib, I have set coolant on for every tool.
But sometimes I dont need that coolant, like for a litle chamfer.

Do I have to put the same tool twice in the tool lib with and without coolant.
Or do I have to modify the tool lib for this operation, and then change it back for the next operation with the same tool.
Or is there an option in Intercon to set coolant off for that specific operation only.

How does the selection of coolant (or not) work in Intercon ?

What I have found works best is calling for coolant in the ICN as needed for different operations. When you have coolant selected in the tool library it will want to have the coolant on for the entire time the tool is spinning, with some mills that move the Z very high, this causes the coolant to make a huge mess.
What i do (Little more time consuming on programming, but works well) is program a rapid close to where my operation starts, call for coolant and then go. If i want to stop the coolant before the program end you can turn it off, I usually follow it with a 2.5 second dwell to minimize coolant mess.
