Hello, how can I get information to make a thread with the api reg 3-1/2 box specification, in steel, in a milling machine.

Tools?

You need a thread mill to cut this on a mill, or use a boring bar from a lathe with a threading insert to mill it, but that is very slow.

Most important (and most expensive) you'll need a plug gage to check the thread. Since it's a tapered thread, there is no other way to measure it in the machine.
