I wanted to have a Post Processor for fusion360 that puts out direct running g-code for my 4-axis lathe.
It is in the ZIP with the fusion file of this part here. If you want to crash your lathe, feel free to test it out, since I not really have a clue what I am doing
It is a modified PP from a Haas30SSY ( and some code borrowed from Centroid lathe PP ), so I left in the code for SubSpindle and B-Axis, maybe I need this the next time...
You also can choose G64 smoothing for milling, but right now it is not implemented in lathe software ( I hope it will be soon )
Turret 1 is for front mount tools ( X positive )
Turret 2 is for rear mount tools ( X negative )
So far I have tested, CNC12 runs the g-code without errors, but I am working on it to make it more efficient.
Vectors for polyform milling with C-Axis are much longer now, for better running and shorter files.

Here is the first test from the PP not from Uwe
Thank you Uwe for the many tips
Unfortunately, I only have wood for testing. Aluminum is currently too expensive for me

New Version with Y-axis deselected by default and some useless posted lines corrected.

New Version, tested for 2 live tools axial, radial and front/rear approach and turning.
Works for gang tooling also, makes long vectors, short files.
Nxxxx blocks are only written for tool changes to use easy search/run on Acorn.
File size for this part with engraving now is unter 4000 lines (started with 32000 lines only for the star)
Seems to run with any tool configuration on my lathe as posted from fusion without hand coding.

Danke Gruss Stephan
Thank you this PP is perfect
you told me that I can configure G28
i.e. the position where my X or Z axis goes when I type g28 in centroid
How does it work?
I made a big dent in my HF spindle
forgot to take them out
I thank you for your help
