This my graph of the part. Looks like zero is at the -y, x coordinates of the part and that is where the part was defined in the Fusion setup.

Re: Fusion 360 program & my PM25
looks ok, since you have radius compensation in fusion, the tool center will be outside

Re: Fusion 360 program & my PM25
I must say, after trying most everything suggested here and my struggling with paramenter settings on my PM25, I must believe the problem is with the Fusion 360 file. I ran a .cnc file that was included in the Intercon software and it milled just as it should. I can only hope that someone using Fusion 360 can try to run the file and be successful.
I have 22 days left on my 30 day trial version and must decide to take up AutoDesk's offer $340 for a year subscription of Fusion 360 or pass and hope I can work something out with Solidworks. It won't do me much good if I can't use it with my PM25 or if there is a problem with the post processor for Centriod.
Thanks for all the help.
Ron

Re: Fusion 360 program & my PM25
Which post processor are you using? There is one by Swissi that works well (on a different machine - but it shouldn't matter) How are you setting part Zeros and how are measuring tool offsets? In your file you have two T1 but they are different sizes. Are you setting tool height on the fly?

Re: Fusion 360 program & my PM25
Thanks for all the responses. I have tried another of the tutorial parts that I have worked though and the results were the same. Both files moved the work off to the -Y, X coordinates on the F8 graph function and my PM25 worked the part as the graph indicated. I also built a simple part using the Fusion 360 software and the post processor for Centroid from the Fusion website. It ran perfectly.
I have no other conclusion, but to believe the tutorial parts files used as Fusion tutorials won't run except simulated. It will take someone with more experience than I have too offer any other conclusion.
I'm happy to be able to accept the 50% off for one year Autodesk offered me.
Thx everyone!
Ron

There is no problem with the Centroid PP in fusion, both the autodesk one and the one from swissi are working ok. I do all my CAM with them.

Check to make sure your Fusion program is using the same WCS as the one you are setting your part zero on.
Cheers,

Re: Fusion 360 program & my PM25
I tried every possible zero I could, both in the Fusion setup and my PM-25 setup. I use the CHIPS software and a S5000LED TTS probe to find the part location for WCS54. Nothing changed the output. I do wish someone could run the Fusion tutorial NC as I tried and see if the results are the same. As of now, I have confidence in Fusion 360 and the Centroid PP enough to purchase the Fusion 360.

Re: Fusion 360 program & my PM25
Is your stock material the same size as in fusion setup?

Re: Fusion 360 program & my PM25
I noticed that in the setup (post recess) the wcs was set to 0..maybe it should be 1…?
