Postprocessor for Centroid in fusion is very good.

replace the poly arcs with real arcs and it works in intercon.

if you want to use arcs with changing radi then use a CAD/CAM system.

Intercon works with arcs that have one radius.

Would it be possible to request an update that accepts this kind of lines and arcs?

no. you can use the cad system to break up the poly radius arcs into either 1.) small lines, 2.) real arcs. if you want to use Intercon.
otherwise use a CAD/CAM system.
i would recommend Vectric Cut 2D for this kind of work, it is similar to Intercon in many regards but, is CAD based and will accept your file with no issues. There is also a Centroid Post processor for Vectric that comes free with the program.
