Here are those pictures of my axes. There was no issue bumping up the acceleration up to .2. I just can’t get the Y/A axes over 250 ipm without the stepper loosing steps because of the gear reduction I think, they just don’t have enough power. I’ve already tried lowering, and raising the resolution to give it a little bit more torque, and it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Between decreasing the acceleration to .2, getting the calibration perfectly dialed in (that took a while) changing the velocity anti-dive ratio to 95%, increasing the anti-dive threshold to 10%, and increasing the Z velocity to 200 ipm.

Everything works as it should.

Thank you so much for your help, I’m gonna try to do some full sheet cuts tomorrow after work. Will update.

The video made all the difference in the world when understanding the calibration plot.

I would still like to find a way to make my Y and A axes go faster than 250 IPM since my X axis can consistently go 400 IPM.

Good to hear

What model Steppers and Drives are on the X?

I've seen some tables that had under powered drives compared to the motors.
