Plasma will not cut <calibration not performed?>

Hi

this is first time I tried to cut, I did dry run and it goes thru cut properly when I try to go thru cut it will set torch to pierce high and go thru that part and then it stops like it doesn't want switch to cut. Initially I had my torch touch off set too low and it would trip torch touch off and stop now it's clearing properly but I can't figure out what I'm missing

Have you tried to manually fire the torch with the VCP Buttons?

Pressing ALT-I on the keyboard will open the inputs outputs diagnostics screen.
You can open and close outputs here to verify functionality.

Mario,

Can you post a fresh report now that your cutting to see the Calibration Plot results.

What type of Plasma cutter are you using?

Do you have the THC? If so make sure the THC is set to installed in the profile manager's THC Config settings.
If not do you have a ARC OK signal from the Plasma cutter?

I'm not seeing any voltage in any Plots from the report.

Have you performed the Bench test for the THC?

What Plasma model is being used?

Do you have any pictures of the THC boards and there wiring?

After reviewing all the plots I can see the voltage went thru the roof at some point. Over 10v to the TX board.
