I Have set up the wizard many times and still slip up every now and then. It happens. Always worth a double check

What are the symptoms of not cutting right? The X and Y loosing steps?

Looking at your report you have your overall turns ratio for the X and Y axis set exactly the same at .955317 and that would be impossible as there is no such thing as a "perfect" machine. I would suggest you go back and redo the Fine DRO Adjustment procedure again for the X and Y axis. If these numbers are not accurate you will not get round circles. For the record, I've retrofit MANY machines and they have never been the same number. They will be close but I've never seen them exactly the same before. Were you using a good quality dial indicator when you did this the first time?

The nic on the circle edge looks like the pierce or end of the cut. Is there a lead in/out on these circles?

You will want to make sure the torch is square to the material. You can use a square between the material and the torch to check the torch is really at a 90 Degree angle to the material

It would be helpful if we knew what you currently have, I have not seen any pics of the steppers themselves. Did you start a Google album of the machine as requested? Post a link to it here so we can see what you are working with.

Also, what "troubles" are you still having? Just missing steps? Something else? Are you powering the motors with a 48 volt power supply? Are you powering the stepper drives logic with 5v?

Are your current motors direct drive with a pinion? I'm assuming so given your overall turns ratio and would recommend a 5:1 gearbox for them. Again, just guessing at what you currently have until you can post some pics of the current motor setup.

Your max jog is 300IPM and if they are direct drive you may have to slow down to not miss steps. BUT.....slowing down from there will not produce the best cuts in thinner material. Everything is a trade off and you need to design the system all the while considering MANY different factors to get good results with plasma.

How did you calculate your current setup? Did you consider the mass of the gantry, motor rpm and gear reduction to compute you max IPM to make sure you weren't overdriving the system?

also all i know about the steppers is they are nema 34 that are 78mm tall
yes i think mabe missing steps but im not sure thinking mabe just the setup because i dont know what i have
motors are 48v power and yes 5v on the drivers
