there still are a fair amount of com errors in the error log.

what are the results of running the com stess test.cnc
The stress test passed with zero errors. What are COM errors?

what run the included com_stress_test.com program , what results do you get?

I went through the entire cnc pc setup again and ran the PC tuner again. Only thing I found I missed was the IP address being automatically assigned. I corrected that and have attached the report below. I also attached the results of the stress test. I did try the WMPG again after this and it's still not working. I will say, I've been running cnc12 cutting without issues.

I have the WMPG enabled in CNC12. If I unplug the USB receiver and start CNC12, it gives me a warning. So I'm guessing CNC12 is seeing the receiver. Is there a way to re-link the WMPG to the USB receiver?

Joey wrote: Wed Jan 24, 2024 12:24 pm Hello Byan,

The Com errors are Packets that are sent between the Acorn and the PC.

I checked out your THC plots and there's interference. Have you fired the torch yet?
I wouldn't advise it until the Ground loop or interference is sorted.

I'm thinking that this is related to the COM errors and the USB transmitter.

Have you tried the USB and MPG on a different computer away from the cabinet?

Just to ensure the MPG does connect.

Can you start a google photo Album so we can See the Cabinet?
Joey, I must have missed your reply.

How can I check for com errors myself?

Yes, I've fired the torch. I've cut 3 sheets already.

I did try it on a laptop in my office, it did not work on it.

Yes, I will work starting a album.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to pull of this project for a bit. I'll update this thread once I can get back on it.

I corrected that and have attached the report below. I also attached the results of the stress test. I read through your link on how to correct com issues and I believe I've done everything. The stress test comes back with no errors.

Joey,

My google album is: https://photos.app.goo.gl/5xZtc9oa2J7Jn6XF9

I've gone through and I believe I've sorted out the ground loops. Can you tell me how to read the report to confirm this?
