I have just completed a new build, but I am having issues transferring CAD to Intercon without a long, rapid line. As you can see in the photos the default start line is 67 inches in the Y axis. Why is this occurring?

Re: CNC New Acorn Build - Issues transfering CAD to Intercon
the long rapid line is most likely the distance the tool has to move from the current part zero location to the beginning cut of the part.
since this is a plasma system, i'm moving this post into the plasma forum.

When your moving the origin you can Double click in the Graph where you want XY0 to be in relation to the part.
In your picture I can see the part is sitting around X-20 Y 70. The DXF must of been created like that.
Thanks for the report and pictures
Good looking cabinet.

Re: CNC New Acorn Build - Issues transfering CAD to Intercon
We were able to get rid of the line we previously had issue with, but now we have a new issue. When I start a job, this new issue arises as seen in the attached photos. Any help is appreciated.
What I have noticed in regard to the long rapid lines, I posted the CNC hook test that came with the CNC controller, and when I opened it, it had a long rapid as well. The hook test was already programed within the CNC system.

Re: CNC New Acorn Build - Issues transfering CAD to Intercon
those InterCon Block numbers with 5.06 restart mode is what your running into.
Download the Latest 5.07 Build here : https://centroid-support.filemail.com/d/mivowpdirikiybu
The 5.08 release will be available within the next week or so. You can run 5.07 until the 5.08 build is released. by selecting ctrl-p in the wizard you can print to pdf and save a pdf of the wizards settings for a reference when switching builds.
Sorry about that hick up.

I've Tried to reproduce the issue and I'm not having any luck...
Can we have a TeamViewer session at the Control?
This would help me fully understand what's happing also.
You can contact my work cell at : (570) 927-2516

Looks Like The Breakaway was tripping at the end of the Touch off cycle. This caused the Job to end before the torch could fire after a touch off cycle.
After un assigning the breakaway in the wizard menu. Everything functioned as expected. Gilley is changing his float switches to wire them in Series.
Calibration and THC Plots Look Good
