Need help with inputs.

Hello, I recently installed the Acorn Plasma to update a machine I built years ago. Everything is working except for the inputs. I have checked everything over and over and I can't seem to figure out why none of them are working. I have tried grounding directly to the pin at the THC board as well as the acorn itself. Everything else works. Am I missing something somewhere? I have searched for this problem but i can't find a solution anywhere. Is there another way to troubleshoot the inputs?

What wiring diagram did you go by? Do you have the +24vdc connected to the inputs as shown in most diagrams.

What schematic did you follow? Did you wire 24 volts from the power supply to either H4 or H5? Look at the schematic again?
